Karl Thomas

Karl Thomas brings over 40 years of hands-on HVAC experience and a deep passion for the trade to his role as owner. A 1985 valedictorian graduate of the three-year program at Somerset Valley Vocational School, Karl has built his career on a foundation of technical excellence, integrity, and innovation. He specializes in system layout and design, ensuring every project is tailored for maximum efficiency and long-term performance.

Outside of HVAC, Karl leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and gardening, and runs a small farm with llamas, goats, and chickens. He also grows his own vegetables and hops, and spends his free time metalsmithing—continuing to work with his hands, whether in the shop or on the land. Karl’s combination of technical skill, creativity, and commitment to quality is the heart of the business.
