Tate is our seasoned Install Manager, bringing over a decade of experience and leadership to the team. EPA certified and trained in both Trane and Mitsubishi systems, he’s known for his ability to manage large, complex projects with precision and professionalism. His calm, organized approach keeps even the most challenging installations running smoothly from start to finish.

Tate first connected with the company as a teenager through llama 4-H, where he met the owners—and he’s been part of the family ever since. Outside of work, Tate embraces his creative side as a professional Dungeon Master, running imaginative tabletop campaigns with the same strategy and focus he brings to the field.
